1. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Once credits are used in conversations, they cannot be refunded.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase date
  • Credits must be unused
  • Account must be in good standing
  • No history of refund abuse

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@vocalura.com
  2. Provide your transaction ID
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for confirmation (usually within 2-3 business days)

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

5. Partial Refunds

If some credits from a package have been used, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining credits, provided it is within the 30-day window.

6. Exceptional Cases

We may provide a refund outside the standard policy in the following cases:

  • Significant technical issues with the service
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Duplicate billing
  • Payment processing errors
